How can I get the Single Time Activity option?

I have tried clearing my browser's cache and using a private browser as well as typing in the correct URL and it hasn't worked.

I'll share the steps on how you can view the Single time activity option in QBO. You'll want to log in as the company admin or the QuickBooks Admin to see it. You can sign out of QuickBooks and sign in again as Admin to refresh the program.

 

Once you're in, make sure to enable the time tracking feature from the settings. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose the Advanced tab.
  3. Scroll down towards the Time tracking section, and then tick the Pencil icon.
  4. Switch to turn on the Make Single-Time Activity Billable to Client radio button (see image below).
  5. Click Save and then Done.
