How can I print out my Profit and loss report from last years

Welcome aboard to the Community. I can show you how to print Profit and Loss reports in QuickBooks Online.

I recommend running the Profit and Loss Comparison Report to compare your yearly performance to other timeframes. The report shows you how your business is performing over time.

You can print it out by clicking the Printer icon within the report. Filter the date range manually to pull up data from the prior years.

For the detailed steps, here's how:

1. Go to Reports and open the Profit and Loss Comparison report.
2. Customize the report period, then hit Run report.
3. Click the Print icon to print. 
4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 for the other periods.
