How can I Reactivate a subscription?

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community. I'm happy that you're resubscribing with us today! Usually, when you log into your QuickBooks Online company file, it should have prompted you to resubscribe. If that didn't happen, no worries, here's how to reactive your subscription:

 

1. Log into your QuickBooks Online company.

2. Go to the Settings ⚙ at the top of the program.

3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.

4. Click Billing and Subscription, then choose Resubscribe.

5. Enter the updated billing information and click Subscribe.

6. Log out and re-log back in.

7. Go back to the Settings ⚙ area.

8. Select Billing and Subscription, and check the next charge date.

 

Please note that if the next charge date is a date in the past, reach out to our support team to prevent back-billed charges from occurring. To contact support, follow these steps:

 

1. Go to Help on the top of the page.

2. Click Contact Us.

3. Write your question.

4. Choose the callback feature to connect with us.
