Question

How can I request that my employees get their money today(pay date)? reports days they will get it in 5 days. never happened to me! they suppose to get it today.

I run payroll Friday (like always) a day before so they get their money on time. this time I received an email saying that my account will be debited toddy 10/26 and they are going to get their money until Friday the 30rd. they cannot wait., today is pay date for everyone! what can I do?

Let me help share information about your payroll processing time and guide you on how you can request to change it.

 

When a direct deposit payroll is created, it will be deposited into your employee's bank account depending on your payroll lead or funding times. Base on your initial post, I'm assuming your on a 5-day payroll lead or funding times.

 

This is the reason why the funds will be deposited into your employee's bank account on Friday since you created the payroll last Friday. Learn more about these days:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Request to change direct deposit payroll lead or funding time in the What can we help you with? field.
