How can I run an employee list report that includes their job title?

For now, the option to run an employee's report that includes job titles is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll. 

 

I can see how this option would be beneficial to you and your business. Therefore, I'll take note of this as a suggestion to improve your experience in QuickBooks. 

 

Depending on how you add a job title to your employee's profiles, you can reopen their accounts to see this info. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Payroll tab and select Employees.
  2. Select the employee and click Edit employee.
  3. You'll see the Notes field on the Profile tab.
  4. Enter the details and click Done.

 

In addition, you can send feedback to our product developers. That way, they can review your suggestions and most likely include them in future updates. Simply follow these steps to send your request:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top and click Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

 

You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
