Thanks for checking in with us. Let me guide you on how to run the owners draw' report to see the total drawn, nuts-detailing-l.

An owner's draw is an equity account to track withdrawals from the business to pay personal expenses unrelated to the business. We can run this report by running a quick report of the Owner’s Equity account. Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Accounting on the left menu.
  2. Choose Chart of Accounts.
  3. Type the name of the owner's draw account in the search box.
  4. Tap the View Register drop-down, then select Run Report.
  5. Select the date in the Report period field.
  6. Press Run report

You can customize the report for the owner's draw you have set up in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Feel free to visit our Reports page for more insights about managing your reports in your account.

I hope that this response finds you with a smile. Keep me posted if you need a hand with reconciling your accounts or any QBO related. I'll be here to help.

My register doesn't have any arrow or 'run report' -- using Quickbooks for Mac.  I cannot find how to get a report.  Does it show up in any other report?
