How can I set up the app so that I don't have to log in every time? I just want it to stay logged in or use my phase ID so it's easy. Thanks!

The option to use a phase ID as a way of logging in to your account isn't available. However, we can tick the Stay Signed In button. It allows you to log in without entering credentials.

You must be logged in as Master Admin to do this. If you have no way to log in as the admin, please share these steps with the current admin of the account:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
3. Go to the Advanced tab.
4. Click the pencil icon to edit the Other Preferences section.
5. Set the hour (max 3 hours) to Sign Me Out If Inactive for.
6. Click Save and then Done.

As aworkaround to stop you log in, you could import the journal entry. Here i give you link importer tools https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo .
