I hope your day is going well so far. Let me give you some options for getting a fresh start with your QuickBooks Online account. Generally, the easiest way to fulfill this is by making a new account and canceling your old subscription. Here are two articles that can provide steps of how to do so if you choose that route: 

 

 

If you've used your account for less than 60 days and it's QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, or Advanced, then you can purge the company file to erase all existing data for a clean sweep. This will result in resetting the account as default. Here's how: 

 

  1. Open QuickBooks Online. 
  2. Change the URL from the last forward slash to /purgecompany instead of the original /homepage
  3. You'll now be asked to type in Yes to confirm this action and then press OK
  4. When you're ready, tap Wipe Data
