How can I update my card on file?

Online it says to go to settings then click account and setting then billing info… I don’t have any of those options on my screen.

Allow me to walk you through the process of updating payment information in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

In your profile, we can go to subscription details and update your payment information.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Click your profile ⚙ icon and then Billing info.
  3. In the Payment Information section, select Edit ✎.
  4. In the Wallet list, we can:

  • Change the payment method used for QuickBooks Online billing (expiration date, billing address, and account holder name)
  • Add a new payment to be used for QuickBooks Online billing
  • Switch QuickBooks Online billing to previously stored payment method

 

      5.     Then, you can save the changes.

 

Once done, the payment method will appear in the Payment information section.
