How can you cancel out of this QuickBooks mess

I recognize the importance of having accurate books for your business, @robert-rcsparkle.

You can cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription by going to the Billing & Subscription page. Let me show you how:

1. Log in to your account as an admin user. 
2. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings. 
3. Choose Billing & Subscription tab. 
4. Click Cancel Subscription. 

Once done, you'll receive a cancellation email confirmation within 5 minutes. For more information, visit this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

QuickBooks keeps your data within a year after the cancelation date. Before a year, you have an option to export your data. This way, you have copies and use them in the future. For the complete steps, check out this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
