How can you determine if someone is stealing from the removed items report

I have numerous removed items listed for one employee that spans several months.  How do I determine if this is legit or is this employee is actually stealing cash.  Is there a cross report to compare to?  Any insight to this report and reading it for theft purposes is greatly appreciated.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can utilize the Audit Log report to best determine the modifications made to your transactions. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit log.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  5. Select Apply.
