Let's find out who are the users accessing a company, Info.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) keep track of your activities in the audit log. This is where you'll have the option to see who made changes to your books.

 

For you to know who are accessing your QBO account, follow the steps below to find out how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select the Audit Log.
  2. Under the User column, you'll see who are accessing your company which also includes the date and time and the event.

 

On the other hand, if you want to know your users list and their types, you can simply click the Gear icon, and then select Manage users to see those users who are added in your account. I've added a screenshot for visual guide:
