Hebert fence QuickBooks had us do the upgrade. My money is not showing up in my bank. Normally I could get it instantly. I had four payments yesterday and still no money into my bank.

You come to the right place for assistance, @expediteplumbing.

Let me share how payments are deposited in your bank account when using QuickBooks Payments.

To start, the speed of your deposit may have changed since you upgraded. With this, we can review your deposit speed section and check the payment status after.

Here's how:

  1. On the upper right corner, look for the Gear icon.
  2. Choose the Account and settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab.
  4. Review the Deposit Speed section.

If there's a delay in deposit, it may be due to previous sales you've deposited in your bank or if their total amount exceeds the threshold for your business. The total return, refund, or credit in a single deposit shouldn't be more than $100.

Once you've already checked the payment status and we have deposited the payments, your money is on its way. However, some banks may hold onto the funds after we deposit them. In such cases, you can check your email or spam folder for notifications about payment deposit delays.

Furthermore, I'm adding these helpful resources for you to be able to have more information regarding delayed deposits:

In addition, you can change the bank account that QuickBooks deposits payments into every time you process credit card and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments.
