Hi there. I want to provide few information on how you can access your QuickBooks Online data if you switch programs.

For paid and trial subscriptions, we hang on to your data for one year before deleting it. This lets you pick up where you left off if you decide to come back. When you sign in to the Company Selection page, you can view the expired files under Cancelled Companies. See this for more details: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

Moreover, here are some useful modules you can browse if you're considering moving to QuickBooks Desktop:

If not, could you please provide more details about the specific program you would like to switch?

Feel free to explore this helpful article about account management.

You can always get back to us in case you need more help accessing your data. I'll be around to back you up. Take the best care!

Convert your data to QB Desktop and you can use the trial version for good to access your historical data. Then you can purchase a third-party service to convert only the current fiscal year to lower your conversion costs.
