I'll provide some important details about adding an authorized user to your QuickBooks Checking account and getting them a debit card, Agent Croom.

Please note that a QuickBooks Checking account is linked to one debit card, meaning there's no option to add an authorized user. Instead, they need to sign up for QuickBooks Payments to establish a new QuickBooks Checking account and receive their own debit card.

If they're a co-owner of your business, they need to answer a few additional questions. We'll also need to gather information about co-owners of legal entities that aren't sole proprietorships to comply with bank regulations. A beneficial owner is defined as any person who has substantial control, management, or direction over the business and holds 25% or more ownership.

For more detailed information, check out this article: QuickBooks Checking FAQ.

Once approved, they'll receive a physical debit card to make transactions, such as purchases or cash withdrawals. Here's a reference for your guide: Use the QuickBooks debit card to get your cash.
