How do I add documents to My Accountant?

I'm here to guide you in sharing a document with your accountant in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To share the file with your accountant can utilize the Documents tab. From there, you can upload a document directly. 

To upload the file, here's how:

1. On your QuickBooks Online Accountant account, select Clients from the sidebar menu.
2. Select the appropriate client.
3. Go to the Documents tab.
4. Click the Upload button.
5. Select the document you want to share, then click Open.

Once done, please have your accountant head to the Documents tab from the My Accountant menu to view and download the file.
