How do I adjust report printing so that it has margin on the edge of the page greater than 1/4 inch?

Journal report for a defined period prints (both PDF and to printer) with narrow margins.  These need to be wider to accommodate hole punching the paper.

So, to be clear, are you suggesting that this manual step must be taken every time you want to print a certain report with larger margins. Can a report not be memorized to save the margin settings?

    I know how beneficial it is in your business to memorized the save margin settings on a report, @quantjmf.

     

    While this option is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO), I suggest sending feedback directly to our product engineers. Your suggestions are highly valuable to us and consider them while making product updates.

     

    1. Select the Help option.
    2. Select the Send Feedback Online option.
    3. Select the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
    4. Enter your comments or feedback suggestions.
    5. Click the Send Feedback button.
