How do I cancel my account?

I can help you cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account by going to the Billing & Subscription page. Once the account was canceled, your data will be available in read-only access.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Select Cancel subscription.
5. Click Continue to cancel.
6. Follow the next steps provided on the screen.
7. Click Submit and cancel subscription.
8. Select Got-it.
