How do I cancel my quickbooks cash account?

I can help you cancel your QuickBooks Cash account, @david69.

 

First, your QuickBooks Cash account balance needs to be $0 before you can cancel it. You can either spend your remaining balance or have it transferred to your external bank account. 

 

To transfer or move out your money:

 

  1. Go to the Cash Flow menu.
  2. In the QuickBooks Cash section, select Transfer money.
  3. Choose Transfer out.
  4. Select your QuickBooks Cash account in the From field.
  5. In the To field, choose the (+)
  6. Select your connected bank account, and then enter the amount you want to move out of your QuickBooks Cash account.
  7. Click Finalize transfer when you're ready.

When the balance is now $0, you can call the number on the back of your QuickBooks Debit Card. An agent will be able to assist you with any remaining questions you may have.
