How do I cancel my subscription?

Hello, louiseharris68. 

 

If you need to cancel your QuickBooks Online account, you can refer to the link below. It has each step you need to follow, as well as a phone number you can call to connect you to a live agent and a instructional video. 

 

- Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription

 

Here are the steps:

  • Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  • Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  • In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  • Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  • Follow the next steps.
  • Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  • Select Got it.

Once you're done, we'll send the account administrator an email that confirms we canceled your subscription.
