We're sad to let you but we're happy to help. I can walk you through the steps on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. Go to the QuickBooks section and click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  5. Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  6. Follow the next steps.
  7. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Click Got it.
