How do I cancel my subscription?

I suggest deleting any and all of your payment information, before cancelling.  This company is known for repeated charges, after one cancels.  And, as you know, it is NOT easy to reach "customer service" to get your money back. 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, and then click Continue to cancel again.
  5. Enter the reason for the cancellation.
  6. Click Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.

Once completed, you SHOULD receive an email that confirms your account was successfully canceled.
