I can show you how to cancel the account to avoid further charges. You can do it from the Account and Settings.

 

Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon () and then Account and Settings.
  2. Click on Billing & Subscription and click on Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  3. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  5. Click on Submit and cancel subscription and then follow the onscreen steps to finish canceling the account.

 

If you don't see the Billing and Subscription tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store. Refer to the following article on how to cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
