How do I cancel my subscription completely?

Let me walk you through the steps on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription. 


But before that, I recommend to export or print your data before canceling your account for future needs. Your data will be available in read-only access for one year from the date of cancellation.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Billing & subscription.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription.
  4. Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button.
  5. Follow the next steps to fully cancel your subscription.
