How do I cancel my subscription? The details in the help section do not coincide with each other to cancel!

Let me help you go over to your account and have your subscription canceled. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon at the upper right corner and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and subscription tab.

  3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel.
  5. Click Submit and cancel subscription.
  6. Hit Got it.

 

Once canceled, your account will be available in read-only access for one year from the cancellation date. In case you want to re-subscribe in QuickBooks Online, you can run to this article for the detailed steps: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
