How do I cancel my subscription to the community?

I do not want to cancel my QBO!!! only the Community. How is this done?

I'm here to show you how to cancel your QuickBooks Community subscription. This way, you will not receive updates or notifications about any post or article you subscribe to. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to our QuickBooks Community page and log in your credentials from there. 
  2. Select the Sign-in button.
  3. Click the profile icon and click Edit under Latest badges earned
  4. Choose Subscriptions and Notifications
  5. Check all the topics in the list, then click the drop-down and pick Delete Selected Subscriptions
  6. Hit Confirm

 

Also, you can pick the Notification settings in the Subscriptions and notifications page if you want to stop specific emails. This way, you can read other dominant email messages about your businesses without a moment's delay.
