How do I cancel the quick cash account?

Hello there. Welcome to the QuickBooks Community.

You'll have to contact the number on the back of your debit card to settle and cancel your QuickBooks Cash account. However, before you can close your account, you'll need to have a $0 balance. You can either spend your remaining balance or transfer it to your external bank account.
