how do I change my company mailing address ?

Good day, polishprince7.

 

Here's how you can update the address:

 

  1. Go to Company > My Company. 
  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon located in the upper right of the Company Information section. 
  3. In the Company Information window, select Contact or Legal Information and update the address.
  4. Click OK. 

You can also log in to camps.intuit.com and modify the information.

    I have QB 2019 but it doesn't my have My Company under Company.  I am rying to chqNGE MY ADDRESS FOR MY 1099S CANNOT FIND

    Hello @sueo,

     

    Let me help share how you can change your business address in QuickBooks Desktop.

     

    To start with, the steps shared by my colleague above can be used if you're the QuickBooks Desktop version for Windows. Since you do have the My Company menu, let's update your address from your account management portal. Let me show you how.

    1. Go to Help.
    2. Select Manage My QuickBooks Account.
    3. You'll be asked to enter your Intuit credentials if you haven't signed in.
    4. From the list of your business information, select Edit next to your address.
    5. Enter the changes you need to accomplish.
    6. Click Save.
