How do I change my sign-in account phone number used for verification (not company number)? Settings page doesn't have that option.

Let me share how we can update your phone number for multi-factor authentication (MFA), DimaLazerka.

Yes, this option cannot be found in the Account and settings. Instead, let's update the phone number on your Intuit account. Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the profile icon next to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Manage your Intuit Account.
  4. Go to the Sign in & security tab.
  5. Update the Phone number and other necessary details.
  6. After updating the details, make sure you save the changes.

You can also use this link for reference: Change your email, user ID, or password for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Keep us updated about this so we can further assist you. Have a great day!
