How do I change my subscription? I’m paying more than I need to

QuickBooks Online has 4 different plans. These are Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. You may want to check our Plans and Pricing to see its basic features and so you can choose which plan is right for you.

Also, when you downgrade, some features will no longer be available. If you wish to continue, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. From the Billing & Subscription tab, select Downgrade your plan.
3. Click Continue or Submit > Change plan > Done.
