How do I change my user id? the instructions don't work
I had a typo in my email when I signed up for the QuickBooks Online account initially. I tried following the help instructions in order to change my email and user ID, but that didn't work. I spent an hour and an half on tech support chat, and finally had to recover my account in order to change the email, and that updated the email but did not update the user ID. Again, the help instructions for changing the user ID do not work. Any thoughts on how to do that, or should I cancel my subscriptions for a refund and start over?
