There's no option to change the late fees on the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, Ana. We'll have to log in to your account via the web to complete this process. We'll show you how to do this below.

You can either manually (line item) or automatically apply late fees to overdue invoices in QBO. If you turn on and set up the default late fee settings, here's how you can change it:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and settings.
  2. Select Sales, then, in the Late fees, select Edit ✎.
  3. Enter the Amount and/or Percent (%) of the fee.
  4. Select the Frequency dropdown, then choose how often you charge customers.
  5. (Optional) If you want to give them a grace period, select how many days to give them from the dropdown.
  6. (Optional) Edit the default name Late fee.
  7. Select Save.

If you manually include late fees in your sales forms, edit your item

Once everything is all set, create an invoice and incorporate the late fee as a line item or open the sales form to check if it's automatically added.

Also, you can pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report to show a list of invoices due on a specific date range. Please see this article for the complete guide: Customize report to see invoices due in QuickBooks Online.
