I've got the steps you need to help you automatically find bank transaction matches in QuickBooks Online, awking.

Since QuickBooks won't automatically match your transactions, I recommend enabling the Enable suggested categorization option. Follow the steps below to get started right away:

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Click the For review tab.
  3. Select Settings at the top of the transaction list.
  4. Hit the checkbox to Enable suggested categorization.

I've attached a screenshot for your reference.

Additionally, you may check this article to be guided on matching your bank records: Automatically match QuickBooks Online product transactions.

Also, you can create bank rules in QuickBooks to help speed up the categorization process. Please check this article for more details:  Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you need further assistance in changing the settings in your transaction, feel free to post here in the Community. I'm here to help. Take care.
