How do i change the user?
i am the treasurer of aa small non-profit and am resigning. we use the lowest level of quickbooks that allows one user. currently i have my name and email entered as that user. i want to delete myself from the account and have the new treasurer establish himself as the new user. i want all the data to remain untouched so that when the new treasurer is set up as the user of the account he will be able to access all the data. my fear is that if i delete myself as the user there will be no way to sign into the account to set up the new user. i can't add the new treasurer as a user and then delete myself while i am still on the account as the version of quickbooks only allows one user. so how to i transition the account to the new treasurer?
