How do I clear mobile app numbered message notifications? I see no messaging interface inside QBO mobile to clear them from unread pop ups.

You can read your notifications by accessing your QBO account using your mobile or PC browser. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your company.
2. Click the profile icon beside your name.
3. Select the Notifications.

You can now view and clear all of the 12 notifications that are displayed on your iPhone screen.

In case the notifications still appear after performing the solution above, I'd recommend clearing the app's data to refresh it. Please refer to the steps below:

In the QuickBooks Online app:

1. Go to the Menu ☰.
2. Select Help & Feedback.
3. Choose Refresh Data, and then click Refresh.

3. Click the More icon, then Info.
