How do I create a check register report that shows "name to print on checks"?

I can see how important it is to choose a file for a name to print on a check, kbrennan@58found.

You'll want to let our product team how this feature helps your business. You can go to our Customer Feedback page and send your request from there. You'll just have to click the Give feedback option highlighted in yellow. I've added a screenshot for your visual guide:

What @MariaSoledadG  is trying so hard to say without saying it is, "you can't".  QuickBooks Online reports are very limited and there's no way to include the Print As name on them.

Of course, you can with QuickBooks Desktop. It's had the feature for decades:

I have the same issue. And these days everybody is using positive pay. I feel like the people

working on the functionality of QBO have never been users of their own product. More and more

business will need this feature. Just don't understand how they can miss having that report available??????

The response is always "you need to to give feedback to quickbooks to let them know how stupid they are."

Then wait to see how many other people to take time to tell them also. Just don get it.
