You can customize and export the sales reports in QuickBooks Online to view your total sales for a certain date range. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Open the Sales by Product/Service Detail report.
  3. Click the Customize button, then set the appropriate reporting date and accounting method.
  4. In the Rows/Columns section, select the column that you want to show in the report.
  5. Add a filter as needed, then click Run report.
  6. Select the Export icon, then choose Export to Excel.
