How do I create a report to show total items sold, item #, descrip, avg cost, quantity on hand?

Let me welcome you first to the Intuit Community. The Inventory Valuation Detail Report will show all the data you mentioned above.


It also lists the transactions that affected the value of your inventory during a particular period. With just a few clicks, you can easily open the report.

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu at the top and pick Inventory to choose the Inventory Valuation Detail Report.
  2. After selecting these options, it will display the report page and hit the Customize Report menu if you want to tailor the information.
  3. Navigate to the Qty column to check for the items sold for each product. To get the total number, manually add the information or export the report to Excel.

I cant find "Avg Cost" in this report,  where I can find a report with my inventory and my avg cost? Thank you
