How do i create a report with budget vs actual YTD and annual budget

Let's run a budget report and customize it to the data you need, userchriskoop.

We can run the Budget vs. Actuals report that shows your actual income and expenses compared to your budgeted amounts. Then, you can set the report date to year-to-date. It will then display the monthly budget and the total budget of the said months. 

Here's how: 

1. Click the Reports menu and scroll down to the Business Overview section.
2. Select Budget vs. Actuals.
3. Under the Report period drop-down, select the Fiscal or Calendar Year-to-date.
4. Click Run report to refresh.
