Customizing your report is easy, @tiffany@southwes!

 

Let me walk you through the steps on how you can generate the correct data by customizing your report in QuickBooks Online.

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Find and open any report you wanted to customize.
  3. Select Customize.
  4. Under Report period, select any or enter the date.
  5. On the Rows/Columns menu, select Change columns.
    • Add or remove any columns you want
  6. Below the Filter menu, select the data you wanted to show up on your report.
    • Select the specific entry you want
  7. Select Header/Footer.
    • Choose a design you want
  8. Click Run report.
