How do I void or delete a quarterly payroll report?

It’s nice to see you here in the Community, @heather92. Allow me to help you with your concern.

 

In the future, you might want to review this report. Instead of voiding or delete, you can archive it. This way, you will still have access on it whenever you need it.

 

To begin with, here’s how:

 

  1. Select Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Navigate to Quarterly Forms and then choose the desired form.
  3. Click the liability period and then select Archive.

 

To view an archive form, these are the steps:

 

  1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Select Filings.
  3. Scroll down to the Filing Resources section and select Archived forms and filings.
  4. Look for the form you want to view.
  5. Select View.
