Let me guide you in deleting a user in QuickBooks Online (QBO), buddygagnon1638.

 

We can delete the user on the Manage Users page, however, deleting them is permanent. But you can still view their history in the audit log section. Let me show you how:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks with a user profile that has permission to manage users.
  2. Click the Gear icon
  3. Select Manage users.
  4. Find the user you want to delete. Then select the arrow icon in the Action column.
  5. Tap Delete.
  6. In the confirmation window, press Delete again.
