How do I delete a memorized transaction

I'm here to help.

You can click on the Gear icon, and then select Recurring Transactions to delete the transaction. Click the arrow on the Action drop down menu beside the transaction you want to delete.

In QB 2019, I don't see a "gear" icon. Am I being selectively blind? Can you point me to it please?

Thanks for joining in on the thread, Alison. The steps above are for QuickBooks Online users.

Let me show you how to delete the memorized transactions in QuickBooks Desktop:

Click Lists at the top menu and select Memorized Transaction List (Ctrl + T).
Right-click on the memorized transaction and select Delete Memorized Transaction.
Select OK.
