How do I delete my credit card from billing and subscription?

I can share some tips on how you can remove it, alnsyd77.

 

To permanently remove your credit card information, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way. we'll be able to pull up your account in a safe environment and remove your billing information. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.

In addition, if you choose to cancel your account or your QuickBooks plan expires, your credit card information will be automatically deleted.
