How do I download Quickbooks Desktop for Mac 2016 R5? I am running Yosemite (10.10.5) and every release from R6 forward requires El Capitan (10.11).

I just purchased the upgrade from Quickbooks Desktop for Mac 2014 because of the planned obsolescence built-into the product, but I am still running Yosemite. The version offered to download is the latest revision (R14) but apparently to run under Yosemite, I have to run R5 or earlier.

How can I get a previous version?

https://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/ProductUpdates.aspx  It should prompt for what OS version you have.

When I first completed my purchase it prompted me to download but it didn't prompt for my OS, it simply downloaded the latest revision. After returning to the download page and selecting the download action again, it prompted me for my OS.
