Greetings, @lotabk1912. I'd like to share some ideas on how you can opt out of having a verification code sent when logging in.

Your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account's security is enhanced by an extra layer called two-factor authentication. You can disable this function if it doesn't work for your company.

Please be aware that you'd still be required to complete two-step verification depending on your device, network, and browser used to log in to Intuit products.

Due to external factors, such as an ad blocker, you'd be needed to confirm your identity for trusted devices. In this situation, either add the domain *.intuit.com to your ad blocker's allow list or turn off your ad blocker for the entire domain *.intuit.com.

Here's how you can turn off two-step verification if you're using the same number:

  1. Log in to your Intuit account.
  2. Navigate to the left menu, and click Sign in & security.
  3. Choose 2-step verification.
  4. Turn off the Use 2-step verification option.
  5. Fill in your account password, then hit Continue.

On the other hand, see this guide on what to do if you're using a different phone number and find out more details about handling multi-factor authentication: Verify your QuickBooks Online account with multi-factor authentication or two-step verification.
