How do I export my business information from this for end of year tax preparation?

There are plenty of downloadable reports in QuickBooks Online that contain your business information. You can use this report to help prepare your taxes, forms, filings, payroll, and other activities. Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Pick a report you want to export.
3. Set the reporting date and accounting method.
4. Apply the appropriate customization as needed.
5. Click the Export icon above the report name.
6. Choose Export to Excel, PDF, or Google Sheets.
