Hello there, @userdavid11.

Thank you for visiting again the QuickBooks Community. Let me share steps to ensure you can find your Company ID in QuickBooks Online.

You'll have to visit the Billing & Subscription menu from the Account and Settings page in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you can find your Company ID and manage your subscription accordingly. Let me guide you on how.

  1. Tap the Gear icon in the upper right to choose Account and settings under Your Company.
  2. Click the Billing & Subscription menu to see more information.
  3. Go to the Company ID section to see the number.

For other ways how to look for your company number, check out the following article: Find your QuickBooks Online company ID.

Also, this article contains topics that will guide you on how to handle your subscription, privacy, security, etc: Account management.

Reach out to me anytime if you have other concerns about managing your QBO account or inquiries. I’ll get back to make sure you’re taken care of. Wishing you and your business continued success.
