hi virginia000 ,

Which product are you using now? QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Payment/Merchant Service, or else?

It depends on the product that you're using, virginia000.

If you're using QuickBooks Online, you can go to the Account and Settings window where you can view your account information. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand corner of QBO, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and Subscription tab.
  3. Look for the Company ID.

However, if you're using QuickBooks Desktop, you can log in to the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) to look for your account information. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to this link: https://camps.intuit.com/.
  2. Click a product or go to the Products and Services section.
  3. Click Details to see your license or subscription number.

Additionally, you can check your inbox for email confirmation and notifications from us. Your account information is included in the email.

Please see these articles about Intuit accounts for additional details:

Hey there, @jacquew. I'm here to help you get your desired account info right away.

Each account has unique account numbers generated by QuickBooks. We call this a company ID. May I know what specific product are you using?

If you're using QuickBooks Online, here's how to locate your company ID or account number:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand corner of QBO, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and Subscription tab.
  3. Look for the Company ID.

If you're using QuickBooks Desktop, you can log in to the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) to look for your account information.

Should you need further assistance in obtaining your Intuit account, I'd recommend reaching to our support team. They can help you access your account securely.
