Hello, @fomwelding2vwebb.

 

We can customize the Sales by Customer Detail report to view the product and service that were sold to your customers. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu and select Sales by Customer Detail report.
  2. Click Customize and select the Rows/Columns drop-down, then choose Change columns.
  3. Check the box for Customer and Product/Service.
  4. Select Run report.

 

The Sales by Customer Detail and Sales by Product/Service Detail reports are only available in QuickBooks Online AdvanceEssentials, and Plus versions.

 

Please check out the reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription to see the lists available for your version.
